JSC "Latvijas Gaze" received a note from Court about E.ON. Ruhrgas International AG claim



Joint Stock Company “Latvijas Gāze” informs that it has received a note from Riga City 

Vidzeme’s Suburb Court about E.ON. Ruhrgas International AG claim against Joint Stock Company 

“Latvijas Gāze” about partial invalidation of resolution by the meeting of shareholders of 

joint stock company “Latvijas Gāze” in amendment to the Articles of Association No. 35, by 

which Clause 7.8 of the Articles of Association is supplemented, and amendments to the Articles 

of Association No. 36 to the Clause 7.10, by which the quorum necessary for the legitimacy of 

the Company’s meeting of shareholders is increased from 75% to 85%.
