LISTING OF BALTIKA BONDS



Today, on February 10, 2005 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and 

Surveillance Committee satisfied the application of AS Baltika and decided 

to list 1750 bonds of AS Baltika on the TSE Bonds’ List. The bonds have 

a nominal value of EEK 10,000 and maturity date of March 17, 2006.

 

The first listing day of the bonds is the sixth stock exchange day 

(inclusive) after the publication of the decision, i.e. the sixth stock 

exchange day following the publication of relevant announcement via the TSE 

information system. Thus 1750 bonds of AS Baltika (ISIN: EE3300070507) will 

be traded on the TSE Bonds List starting Friday, February 18, 2005.
