“Hipotēku banka” AN series mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE



RSE Management Board on its meeting of February 16, 2005 resolved to list on the RSE Bonds 

list, starting with February 23, 2005, 30,000 “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” AN series 

mortgage bonds with nominal value LVL 100.  



The mortgage bonds mature on August 15, 2010; coupon rate is 6-month RIGIBOR + 0.5%. The 

coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on February 15 and August 15. The RSE trading code is 

LMBBFLOT10 and SAXESS order book number is 28849. The prospectus is available on the RSE
