Senate of the Supreme Court turned down the cassation complaint against 

AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”



On 23 March 2005, the Senate of the Supreme Court turned down the cassation 

complaint by AS "Kālija parks", AS "Ventbunkers" and AS "Ventamonjaks" and 

left unchanged the Judgment passed by the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court 

on 30 November 2004 on the claim by AS "Kālija parks", AS "Ventbunkers" un 

AS "Ventamonjaks" against AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" and Macasyng Holding BV 

for changing the Agreement of 9 October 2000 on Subordinated Capitals. 

The Judgment of the Senate is not subject to appeal.
