New Executive Board of “Baltic Trust Bank” elected



On 2 April 2005 the term of office of the previous Executive Board of the 

JSC “Baltic Trust Bank” (BTB) expired. The Executive Board consisted of 

Edgars Dubra, Vitalijs Kokalis, Kaspars Krauze, Andrejs Nilovs and Davids 

Taurins.



The Bank’s Council of Shareholders elected a new Executive Board of Edgars

 Dubra, Kaspars Krauze, Andrejs Nilovs and Ieva Racenaja.



I. Racenaja started her career at “Rigas Komercbanka” in 1994 and was promoted 

from a common manager to the deputy director of the department over four years.



From 1998 to 2001 she worked as a manager of the settlements and correspondent

relations department for the JSC “Saules banka”.



From 2001 I. Racenaja worked as a department manager and a vice president for 

the JSC “Baltic Transit Bank” (currently the JSC “Baltic Trust Bank”).



From 2004 until she was elected the BTB Executive Board Member, I. Racenaja 

worked as a banking transactions manager of the Baltic area for American 

Express Bank Ltd. 



I. Racenaja acquired higher education at the University of Latvia Faculty of 

Foreign Languages, became the Master of Banking and Finance Studies in Milan, 

Italy. Currently she studies business administration at University of Salford,

UK.



She improved her professional knowledge in the UK, Germany, Russia, and Luxembourg. 

I. Racenaja speaks English, Russian and Italian.
