JSC “Rīgas Raugs” shareholders N. Sinkēvičs and K. Ieviņš-Brambis have filed a claim in court



JSC “Rīgas Raugs” have received a notice from the Riga  Ziemeļu District Court that N. Sinkēvičs 

and K. Ieviņš-Brambis have filed a claim against “Rīgas Raugs”, to argue the resolution of the EGM 

of December 17, 2004. The resolution declined the minority shareholders’ „Shelby Financial LLC” and 

N. Sinkēvičs’ move to raise a claim against the company and to charge Management Board with the 

task provide information to N. Sinkēvičs and K. Ieviņš-Brambis on the acquisition of „Ņordic Yeast 

Eesti”, including the target company valuation in writing.
