Concluding a contract



On April 15th 2005 AS Merko Ehitus and Tallinna Kommunaalamet concluded

a contract for construction works of 1st stage of Smuuli road (roadsection

Peterburi road to Suur-Sõjamäe street), Tallinn.

Price of the contract is EEK 70 961 518 (4 535 268 euros), plus VAT.

Completion time for the works is set on September 29th, 2006.
