Sale of Sporting Goods Division's machinery and Visu trademark

AS Viisnurk has signed an agreement to sell its Sporting Goods Division's
machinery to JSC EFSI Ltd. After negotiations with different potential buyers,
JSC EFSI Ltd was chosen due to its best-offered price and payment terms. National
Sports Company "EFSI Ltd" is a leading producer of sporting equipment and goods
in Russia.
The divestment included sale of both ski and hockey stick production related
machinery. Land and real estate of the Sporting Goods Division was not part of
the sale. Viisnurk has received prepayment for the the machinery and machinery
disassembly work has begun.

AS Viisnurk has signed an agreement to sell its Visu trademark to OÜ A2K Sport.
A2K Sport is an Estonian based wholesale dealer of different winter sports goods.
A2K Sport is a distributor for such well-known brands as Alpina, Rottefella,
Start, Exel, Roces and Hyper. The clients of A2K Sport are all major sporting
good retailers in Estonia and larger sporting goods shops in Latvia and
Lithuania.

The sales value of the signed agreements does not exceed 10% of AS Viisnurk's
year 2003 audited consolidated equity and the transactions have no extraordinary
influence on AS Viisnurk's financial results.
