JSC „Rīgas Raugs” development programs for 2005



JSC „Rīgas Raugs” has started implementing the development programs for year 2005. 

The main objectives of the projects are:

·	To improve the product quality

·	To increase output

·	To increase the capacities.

The projects involve review of the present production flowchart, experiments in 

fermenting process, installation of extra equipment, development of new production 

flowchart and routines, staff training. The total investment amount is LVL 141,000.

Implementation of the project will help the company to increase its market share in 

the Baltic, Czech and Russian markets, and also to penetrate into new markets.
