April sales results

Baltika's consolidated net sales in April totaled 59,9 M EEK, which is 21% more
compared to the same period last year. Retail sales increased by 41% to 49,8 M
EEK, forming 83% from the net sales.

Baltika's largest fast fashion brand Monton accounted for 54,4% of the total
retail sales in April, amounting to 27,1 M EEK. The sales of Monton increased by
33% compared to the same period last year.
The sales volumes of CHR/Evermen increased the most - by 67% compared to the same
period last year, amounting to 13,2 M EEK.
The sales volumes of Baltman increased by 55% compared to the last year,
amounting to 5,2 M EEK.

The retail sales in April increased the most in Latvia (71%), Estonia (49%) and
Ukraine (42%).

The successful sales of the spring-summer collections have increased the sales
efficiency of the whole retail system and sales per square meter in its own
retail chain.

In April, the wholesales totaled 8,9 M EEK, which is 8% less than it was in the
last year.

The net turnover of four months totaled 210,1 M EEK, which is 17% more compared
to the same period last year, including retail turnover of 161,5 M EEK (a 41%
increase) and wholesale turnover of 43 M EEK (a 13% decrease).

Due to Baltika's 50% participation in Baltika Tailor OÜ, a joint venture
established in 2004, the consolidated sales results do not report the
subcontracting figures for the four months of 2005, amounting to 15,9 M EEK in
the same period in 2004. Therefore, retail and wholesale totaled 204,5 M EEK,
showing a 25% increase compared to last year.
