Saku Õlletehase AS concluded an overdraft contract



Saku Õlletehase AS and Nordea Bank Finland Plc Eesti Filiaal concluded an

overdraft contract with credit limit up to EUR 4 million. The overdraft is in

force until the end of the year 2005. As in previous years, the contract has been

concluded with the aim to finance the time gap between the investment instensive

spring and cash flow positive high season.
