Resolutions of JSC "Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta" EGM



1.	To cancel partly the guarantees to Supervisory Board members 

2.	Not to make any amendments to the Charter. 

3.	To revoke Supervisory Board members Guntis Pilsums , Leonards Tenis, 

Ainārs Dobroze, Oļģerts Vītiņš and Gatis Zariņš from their positions.

4.	To elect Baiba Brigmane, Edgars Vaikulis, Gaidis Bērziņš, Gints Peka and 

Sergejs Serdjukovs Supervisory Board members.

5.	Not to claim mistrust to Management Board members Vaira Gromule, Jānis 

Briedītis and Orvils Heniņš.

6.	To issue a mandate to Management Board to assure the implementation of the 

resolutions.
