CHANGE IN SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS



By the sole shareholder resolution of AS Eesti Post of 16 May 2005 it was decided to 

recall Tauno Tuula from the supervisory board of AS Eesti Post and appoint Elmar 

Sepp a new member.

By a Minister of Finance directive of 17 May 2005, Reet Roos and Toomas Peek were 

recalled from the supervisory board of AS Eesti Post and Tauno Tuula and Harri 

Õunapuu were appointed the new members.



Harri Õunapuu:
