REGISTR. OF AMEND. TO THE ARTICL. OF ASSOC. WITH THE REGIST.



Following Decision No26 of the Lithuanian Bank of March 9, 2000, amendments

to the Articles of Association of AB Bankas Snoras were registered.These

amendments regard the increase of the authorised capital to LTL 137,267,200.

In addition, other amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association were

also registered.
