CHANGE OF THE DATE OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING



On 10 February, 2000 the sitting of AB Lietuvos Dujos Board decided to

change the decision of the Board's sitting of 21 January, 2000 to call the

general shareholders' meeting on 29 February, 2000 and to hold it at 2p.m

on 24 March, 2000 instead.

On the agenda:

1) the company's borrowing;

2) application of  AB Vievė.
