DECISION OF THE BOARD'S SITTING



On 10 March, 2000 the sitting of the Board of AB Mažeikių Nafta took place.

It  was decided to approbate the company's audited financial statements of

1999 prepared pursuant to the Laws on Accounting of the Republic of

Lithuania.
