CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING



At 10am, 17 April, 2000 the general meeting of the holding company

Invalda shareholders will take place at the premises of

AB Vilniaus Baldų Kombinatas at 178 Savanorių pr., in Vilnius.

On the agenda:

1) report of the Board on the company's activity in 1999;

2) audit report;

3) approval of financial statements of 1999;

4) profit distribution;

5) payment of audit services and election of the auditing company;

6) sales, transfer or lease of the part of company's long term assets.
