CHANGE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS



On 31 March, 2000 the Supervisory Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos appointed

a new Board. V. Poderys was appointed chairman of the Board. P. Čėsna,

R.Jurevičius, J. Staškevičius, J. Bivainis were appointed members

of the Board.
