REPEATED CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING



Due to the fact that at 10am , on 17 April, 2000 the general meeting of

the holding company Invalda shareholders did not take at the premises of

AB Vilniaus Baldų Kombinatas at 178 Savanorių pr., in Vilnius, a repeated

general shareholders’ meeting will be called.

On the agenda:

1) report of the Board on the company's activity in 1999;

2) audit report;

3) approval of financial statements of 1999;

4) profit distribution;

5) payment of audit services and election of the auditing company;

6) sales, transfer or lease of the part of company's long term assets.
