ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE 1ST. Q. OF 2000



According to the preliminary unaudited data, in the first quarter of

2000 net profit of AB Linas accounted for LTL 3,126,000. During the same

period in 1999, net profit constituted LTL 1,825,000.
