ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 12 May, a general meeting of SPAB Kauno Energija shareholders took place.

At the meeting it was decided:

1) not to approve the report of the Board on company’s activity in 1999;

2) to approve report of the internal auditor;

3) to approve audited financial statements for 1999;

4) to approve a LTL 56 991 805 loss for 1999.
