ELECTION OF THE NEW BOARD OF THE COMPANY



On 25 July 2000, the Supervisory Board of SPAB Stumbras elected a new Board of

the company. The new Board consists of the following five persons:

J. Žukauskas - Chairman of the Board, Director General of SPAB Stumbras;

D. Gurevičienė - member. Director of Economy and Marketing of SPAB Stumbras;

V. Pliuskys - member. Director of Antanavas plant of SPAB Stumbras;

V. Švabas - member. Technical Director of SPAB Stumbras;

A. Škarnulis - member. Head of the computerised accounting organisation service

 of SPAB Stumbras.
