ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE 1ST HALF OF 2000



On 1 August 2000, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved trial unaudited

financial results of the first half of 2000. According to the International

Accounting Standards, the trial unaudited net profit of AB Lietuvos Telekomas

and its subsidiary offices totaled LTL 176,229thou during the first half of

2000.
