APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



On 1 September 2000, a sitting of the Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija

took place. At the sitting it was decided to satisfy the request of the

Chairman of the Board and to dismiss the following Board members of

AB Kauno Energija: Arvydas Augonis, Rimantas Bakas, Gediminas Budnikas,

Rymantas Juozaitis, Vidas Kazlauskas, Alfredas Sabaliauskas, Romualdas Škėma.

It was also decided to appoint the following persons members of the Board of

AB Kauno Energija: Antanas Budnikas, Gintaras Čižikas, Ramūnas Garbaravičius,

Rymantas Juozaitis, Alfredas Sabaliauskas, Romualdas Škėma, Albinas Želvys.

Ramūnas Garbaravičius was appointed chairman of the Board of AB Kauno Energija.
