REDEEMED BONDS



AB Mažeikių Nafta redeemed 190 floating rate coupon non-material bonds

with the state guarantee pursuant the following acts of the Securities

ommission of the Republic of Lithuania:

1. AB - 4012 - 95 units redeemed for the nominal value of USD 9.5 million;

2. AB - 4013 -95 units redeemed for the nominal value of USD 9.5 million.
