AB Mažeikių Nafta redeemed 30 floating rate coupon non-material bonds

pursuant the following acts of the Securities Commission of the Republic of

Lithuania:

1. AB - 4014 - 15 units redeemed for the nominal value of USD 1.5 million;

2. AB - 4015 -15 units redeemed for the nominal value of USD 1.5 million.
