DISTRIBUTED BOND ISSUE WITH THE MATURITY OF 10 YEARS



On 12 October 2000, AB Lietuvos Telekomas distributed a 10-year bond issue of

the total nominal value of LTL 12 million with 12% coupon rate. Registration

with the Securities Commission deed No. AB – 4791.
