CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 24 November 2000, the extraordinary meeting of shareholders will take place

at the premises of SPAB Stumbras at 7 K.Būgos St., in Kaunas.

On the agenda:

1) selection of an auditor to carry out the audit of the economic and financial

activity of SPAB Stumbras.
