ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THREE QUARTERS OF2000



On 27 October 2000, the Board of AB Grigiškės considered the results of

economic activity during 9 months of 2000.

a) sales and services improved by 13.9% and reached LTL 44.989m;

b) gross profit increased by 6.5% and accounted for LTL 7 954 639;

c) result of the company’s activity during three quarters is a loss of LTL

   1 187 275.
