LOSS OF THE REEFER VESSEL LINKUVA



On 27 October 2000, the sitting of the Board adopted a decision which

acknowledges that pursuant to the decision of Klaipėda district court as of 29

September 2000 the reefer vessel Linkuva (on 01 July 2000 its book value

equalled LTL 12 774 273.81) owned by AB Klaipėdos Transporto Laivynas by the

right of ownership was lost on 21 June 2000 when it sank in the Pacific ocean

during the tropic cyclone “Carlota”.
