ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF BOARD,  ESTABLISHMENT OF SUBSIDIARY



On 16 November 2000, the sitting of the Board of AB Rokiškio Sūris took place.

At the sitting, the following decisions were adopted:

1) Elect Sevki Acuner, representative of the EBRD, chairman of the Board.

2) Establish a subsidiary of AB Rokiškio Sūris named Utenos Pienas.

The statute  of the subsidiary were approved.
