ACQUISITION OF A SHARE BLOCK



1. The company acquired a 31.99% share block of AB Umega and currently holds

47.99% of all shares of AB Umega granting the right of vote.

2. The company acquired a 40.61% share block of AB Klaipėdos Konditerija and

signed a shareholders’ agreement with other shareholders of

AB Klaipėdos Konditerija.
