"LIETUVOS TELEKOMAS" AND "DELFI" AGREEMENT



Today AB Lietuvos Telekomas and UAB Delfi Internet have signed agreement of

Fixed Rate Internet Dialup Access service provision to Delfi customers from

February 2001.



Following negotiations during January 2001, Lietuvos Telekomas and Delfi

Internet announce an agreement, which allows Delfi to provide Fixed Rate

Internet service to Delfi customers. Delfi is the first ISP in Lithuania to

provide the service, which Lietuvos Telekomas launched, for its customers from

1 January, 2001.



Internet dialup access service is one of the fastest growing areas of

communications services in Lithuania, with estimated yearly growth of 100

percent.
