SUPPLEMENT OF THE AGENDA OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



The agenda of a general meeting of AB Alytaus Tekstilė

shareholders, that will take place on 28 February 2001, has been supplemented

as follows:

1. mortgage of assets;

2. decrease of the authorised capital;

3. dismissal of the Supervisory Board;

4. election of the Supervisory Board;

5. amendments to the Articles of Association.

6.  regarding recovering of a smaller part of the debt from GNSB “Žara”

and “Sodžius”.
