FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2000



At the sitting of the Board of AB "Mažeikių nafta" as of 14 March 2001,

it was decided to approve financial statements of AB "Mažeikių nafta",

which were prepared in accordance to the requirements of laws of

the Republic of Lithuania and GAAP standards of the USA, for the economic

year beginning on 1 January 2000 and ending on 31 December 2000
