ISSUANCE OF SECURITIES



On 23 March 2001 a registered discount bond issue of the total nominal value of

LTL 9.9m with the maturity of one year was registered with the LSC. The bonds

are issued under the US $ 375m programme of international debt securities.

The bonds will be offered on 26-30 March, 2001.
