ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE



On 17 May 2001, Vilnius Vingis was granted a certificate of compliance of

environmental management system with ISO 14001 standard. The compliance of the

environmental management system was approved and the certificate was issued by

TUV CERT certification authorities. The certificate will allow more rational

management of funds allotted for protection of environment and improve the

image of the company among foreign partners.
