REGARDING LISTING OF KLAIPEDOS TRANSPORTO LAIVYNAS ON NSEL



Following decision of the Board of the NSEL as of 21 May 2001, resolution

of the NSEL Board as of 23 April 2001 regarding removal of Klaipedos

Transporto Laivynas AB securities from the Current List and admission

to the tier of unlisted securities from 1 June 2001 was annulled.
