PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO PIENO ZVAIGZD



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 24 May 2001, from 28

May 2001 price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of

Pieno zvaigzdes AB.

Share issue No. 11168 of  Pieno zvaigzdes  AB will be assimilated with the

share issue No. 11167; the size of the issue after the change will be

45,025,451 units, the total par value will equal LTL 45,025,451 and

the par value per share will stand at LTL 1.
