REGISTRATION OF AN INCREASED AUTHORISED CAPITAL



On 24 May 2001, the increased authorised of the NSEL was registered with the

Register of Enterprises. The authorised capital was increased by changing the

par value of ordinary registered shares from LTL 5,000 to LTL 15,000.
