REGARDING ISSUE OF DEBT SECURITIES



At the sitting of the Board it was decided to approve the resolution that

Lietuvos Dujos would issue an issue of debt securities denominated in Litas

of the total value not exceeding LTL 15 million with the maturity of 3 months.
