SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN MAZEIKIU NAFTA SHARES



Pursuant to the decision of the NSEL Listing Department as of 15 June 2001,

with a view to protecting interests of investors trading in shares of

Mazeikiu Nafta is suspended on 15 June 2001. From 18 June 2001,

price fluctuation margins will not be applied.
