REGISTRATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION



On 29 June 2001, the company’s Articles of Association were registered with

the Ministry of Economy. The authorised capital equals LTL 1,807,077,180

and is divided into 1,807,077,180 ORS at LTL 1 par.

This amendment to the Articles of Association was adopted at the general

meeting of Lietuvos Energija AB shareholders on 12 June 2001.
