REGARDING INCREASE OF THE AUTH. CAPITAL OF GRAFOBAL VILNIUS



On 27 July 2001, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania

registered the authorised capital of a joint Lithuanian and Slovak company

Grafobal Vilnius. The company’s authorised capital equals LTL 8,864,685 or

1,772,937 ordinary registered shares at LTL 5 par.
