CHANGE OF THE DATE OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



Following the decision of the Management Board, the date of the general

shareholders’ meeting is changed. The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

will take place at 2 p.m. on 11 September 2001 at the company’s premises.

On the agenda:

1) reduction of the authorised capital;

2) amendments to the Articles of Association;

3) increase of the authorised capital out of additional contributions;

4) amendments to the Articles of Association.
