CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 17 September 2001, a general meeting of Bankas Snoras AB shareholders will

take place. On the agenda:

1) the Bank’s Supervisory Board;

2) election of the audit company;

3) other issues.

The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. on 17 September 2001, at the Great

Conference Hall of the hotel CENTRUM (9/25 Vytenio St.). Registration of

shareholders starts at midday.
