PRICE FLUCTUAT. MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO KAUNO ENERGIJA



Upon the decision of the Listing Department of

the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania, price variation

limits will not be applied for AB Kauno Energija from 16 August 2001.

On 16 August 2001 the size of the share issue No 12301 will be reduced

at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the change,

the size of the share issue No12301 will constitute 18968382 shares.

The face value will stay unchanged (LTL 6). Total face value will

amount to LTL 113810292.
