TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VILNIAUS VINGIS TO BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 24 September 2001,

trading in ORS of Vilniaus Vingis AB (code 10367) will be suspended from 25

September until the correction day of the general account with the Central

Depository inclusive in order to protect interests of incvestors (reduction

of the authorised capital by reducing par value of shares. Available funds

will be paid to shareholders proportionally to the number of shares owned).
