REGARDING REDEMPTION OF BONDS



AB Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas informs that on 5 November 2001, redemption of

the company’s registered discounted convertible bonds, which were registered

with the Securities Commission on 30 October 1998, was completed. Securities

registration act No. AB-4427. All distributed bonds (750,000 units for LTL

3,000,000) were redeemed, and they were not converted into shares.
