TRADING IN SHARES OF AB UTENOS TRIKOTAZAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 17 December 2001, trading

in shares of AB Utenos Trikotazas (code 10932) will be renewed from 18

December 2001 without applying price fluctuation margins. At the general

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s authorised

capital.
